Spoke House provides general bicycle servicing and repairs with a process built around inspection first. We review the bicycle condition, explain what needs attention, and separate urgent work from optional maintenance before any repair begins.
Our services include safety inspections, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. Where needed, replacement parts are quoted separately after compatibility is checked.

The workshop also offers a written inspection summary, a compatibility check for replacement components, and a post-service function check. For punctures, walk-in assessment is available, and approval is requested before any additional work beyond the agreed scope.
Turnaround depends on the bicycle condition and the required work. Typical tune-up jobs are completed within two to four business days after inspection, while parts availability and final timing are confirmed once the bicycle has been assessed.
